I hold an LLB (Hons) from the University of Northumbria in the United Kingdom, where I built a strong foundation in legal principles and practice. Following this, I completed a postgraduate diploma in commercial law, also at Northumbria, further deepening my understanding of corporate and commercial legal frameworks. Seeking to expand my expertise into the intersection of business and law, I pursued and successfully completed a Master of Business Law at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), which allowed me to explore the legal dimensions of business operations within the Malaysian context. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Management with a research focus on Corporate Law and Corporate Governance. My doctoral work examines the effectiveness of legal frameworks in regulating corporate conduct, particularly in government-linked corporations (GLCs), and aims to contribute to policy and regulatory reform in the area of corporate integrity and accountability.
